We designed the Lab the way we'd want it designed if it were our own company's books, records and patients. Because it is.

Each company's data lives behind its own wall. A dealership's agent cannot see a clinic's records, and neither can see yours.

Access comes from your company sign-in. You see what your job needs, nothing more, and it ends when your role does.

Who asked, what the AI did, which model and which data it touched. Every action is written to an audit log.

Healthcare tools run inside a defined HIPAA scope, with business associate agreements and minimum-necessary access.

Your data is never used to train any model, ours or anyone else's. It's used to do your work and nothing else.

The Lab Desk takes descriptions of workflows, not patients. Personal information is stripped before any model sees it.

The details

Sign-in: Lab Desk access uses your existing company Microsoft account. No new passwords, and access ends with your account.
Redaction: Text and files are scanned for personal details such as names, dates of birth, account and record numbers, and masked before any AI model sees them.
Storage: Attachments are encrypted and expire automatically after 30 days unless they're part of an open request.
Public chat: The public "Ask the Lab" assistant only knows what's on this website. It holds no company data and cites the page behind every answer.
Tracking: No advertising, no cross-site tracking. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics only.
