Introducing ZT Superintelligence Labs

The work has learned to do itself. Your week, back by morning.

A new lab, built to put superintelligence to work. What once took a week will be done by morning, and done well.

What eats your week?

Who sees the data

Superintelligence, put to work.

It does not tire.It plans the job, does it, checks it, mends it.Then the next.Sooner than anyone forecast, and better.

The conviction

All in on what comes next.

Superintelligence will change how every company works.

We are building the lab that puts it to work, with full focus and intent, starting now.

Monday, first thing

Nobody stayed late. Nobody came in early.

The reports written, the invoices matched, the calls queued.

The first time it finishes a week’s work before lunch, you will not believe it. The second, you will redraw the company around it.

  1. Done by morning

Hand over the pile at five. A month of back-and-forth, one night.

  2. The drudgery, gone

The form typed twice, the signature chased for a week, the spreadsheet rebuilt every Friday.

Not faster. Gone.

  1. Your people, back

The boxes fill themselves. The judgment stays theirs.

What we believe

Once a letter crossed the ocean in a season. Then a week. Then a breath. Now the work itself moves that fast.A month of it, handed over at dusk, back by morning, done, and done well. Not the judgment. The drudgery. The copying, the chasing, the checking of the checking. Those go.The people who carried themreturn to work that needs a person. What comes back makes the room go quiet. We are a small lab in a large era,and we are all the way in.

What leaves

The new system arrives without stopping the old one.

Someone who left built it. It still runs the place. We learn it, build the new one beside it, move the work across. The old one falls quiet.

How we build it

Behind every result, a method.

We build on the work of America’s frontier labs. Then the patient part: we learn how the model reaches its answer, and change the route until it is right.

  1. Build on the frontier

They made the models. We make the systems and workflows around them, tested on real jobs until they hold.

  2. Map the thinking

We write down how the job should be reasoned through, run the agent, and keep the full trace: every step, every tool call, every doubt.

  3. Direct, then train

Where the route is wrong we change it: prompts, tools, order. What holds, we train on and fine-tune. The answer changes, and not a little.

  4. Specialists, A to Z

We sit with whoever does the job, map it A to Z, take apart the bottlenecks, rethink from first principles, and automate what remains.

  1. ContextMonth-end invoices. Match each to its order.
  2. PlanMatch by number first. Then amount. Then date.
  3. ActMost match clean. Two do not.
  4. ReflectWait. One is a duplicate, already paid. Flag it.
  5. AnswerOne unmatched, one duplicate. Ready for approval.

A specialist’s process, mapped from A to Z, then rebuilt as one clean line.
  • Traces

Complete records of how working agents reason through real jobs.

  • Findings

What makes the reasoning better or worse, written as we go.

  • For the field

We mean to hand these to the people building reasoning models.

Ask the Lab what a trace shows

Where it runs

Proven on real work first.

Everything we build earns its place on real work before it goes anywhere else. Your data stays behind your own wall. Nothing crosses.

Be among the first to hand it a week.

We are opening the doors to a small number of early partners. Tell the Architect what you do, and see what could run tonight.

Give it the night. See what comes back.
